Electronic Billing/Insurance Verifications/Authorizations
Our practice will always file your medical claims electronically where it is allowed to ensure the fastest turn around on your revenue. We also provide insurance verifications by request prior to a patient's appointment to ensure your practice will be paid promptly and so your patients pay their appropriate share of cost to reduce balances. Insurance authorizations can also be completed by our office when a procedure requires one prior to the patient's appointment.
Credentialing/Contract Negotiation
Whether you are just starting out or are an established practice we can help provide you contracts with many government, commercial, and third party insurance companies. We handle all paperwork, and contacting necessary parties so you don't have to. We will handle all re-credentialing as well to ensure you stay in network with your current contracts. Additionally, J&A will perform all contract negotiations/renegotiations to ensure you are being paid the highest amount for your services.
Personal Care/Knowledgeable Staff
Our company prides ourselves on our ability to give personal attention to our providers. Your business will be assigned a personal account manager who handles all of your day to day operations. The staff at Medical Insurance Services are well versed in our field. We have experience handling a plethora of specialties such as: Family Practice, Physical/Occupational Therapy, DME, Vascular Vein Specialties, Pain Management, Mental Health, Podiatry, Obstetricians/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Weight Management, and Diabetes Therapy. Additionally, our employees are skilled in using EMRs, and online portals for insurance companies.
Claim Follow Up/Monthly Statements/Reports
When you're running a practice it's easy for things to slip through the cracks and claims can sometimes go unpaid. With our service, we will perform a 30 day follow up on all of your submitted claims to ensure you are being paid in a timely manner. Medical Insurance Services sends out monthly statements on your behalf to help collect patient balances that may have been overlooked. We will provide you with monthly reports for your accounting/documentation. Weekly, and daily reports are also available upon request.
Security/Remote Access
You can take peace of mind in knowing your data is private and secure with our company. Your data will be completely cloud based within a AWS(Amazon Web Services environment). This information will only be accessed by our staff using encrypted VPN connections to ensure the upmost security. Our network is fortified, and takes into account all known modern threats such as data loss, malware, or hacking and have the tools put into place and used everyday. Our standards meet HIPPA compliance and are regularly monitored to ensure our security is inline with business goals.
